Privacy Policy — Condition Hell
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Condition Hell
(package com.oldmansgames.condition_hell, the “App”), developed by
Yasin Oruç (“we”, “us”), handles your information. The App is
privacy-friendly: it requires no account to play and collects no personal data
of its own. The only data leaving your device is what you choose to share by
signing in to the optional Google Play Games leaderboard (Section 4).
1. Information we collect
The App does not require an account to play and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, or photos. We do not operate any server that receives data from the App.
The one optional exception is the leaderboard (Section 4): if — and only if — you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your Google Play Games identity and your high score are used to rank you on the leaderboard.
2. Data stored on your device
The App saves a small amount of data locally on your device only, so the game remembers your progress:
- Your high score and best combo.
- Your settings (sound on/off, theme, color palette, language).
This data is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
3. Device backup
Android may back up the App’s local data (the items in Section 2) to your own Google Drive through Android’s standard “Auto Backup” feature. This backup is performed and controlled by your device and your Google account — not by us. We have no access to it. You can disable it in your device’s system backup settings.
4. Google Play Games leaderboard (optional)
The App offers an optional online high-score leaderboard powered by Google Play Games Services. Signing in is entirely optional — the game is fully playable without it, and no leaderboard data is sent unless you sign in.
If you choose to sign in:
- Your Google Play Games player identity (a player ID and the display name you control in your Google account) is used to identify you on the leaderboard.
- Your high score is submitted to the leaderboard so it can be ranked against other players.
This information is handled by Google Play Games Services under Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not store it on our own servers and do not use it for any other purpose. You can sign out or manage your leaderboard visibility through your Google Play Games settings at any time.
5. Advertising
The App shows optional ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID), coarse location derived from IP address, and app interaction data. This data is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy and the AdMob data practices. Where required, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
6. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data security
The App stores its own data only on your device. Any optional leaderboard data you share by signing in is transmitted to Google over an encrypted connection and handled by Google Play Games Services. Any device-level backup (Section 3) is likewise encrypted in transit by Google’s backup service.
8. Your rights
We hold no personal data about you on any server of our own. You can remove all data the App stores on your device at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its data. To manage or remove leaderboard data, use your Google Play Games account settings. For any question or request, contact us below.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes (for example, introducing ads) will be made before the corresponding App version is released.
